Original painted plaster Coat of Arms plaque. This piece was removed from the Livery Hall of the Worshipful Company of Leathersellers, one of The City of London’s oldest guilds founded by Royal Charter in 1444, under the reign of Henry VI. The Coat of Arms is that of the King James I and is a reference to the granting of the companies second Charter in 1604.
