Salvo’s is a popular neighbourhood family restaurant in the Leeds suburb of Headingley, that recently celebrated 40 years in business. Salvo’s is one of the most innovative Italian restaurants in the region serving contemporary Italian food in an informal relaxed atmosphere, a simple consistent formula which has kept thousands of fantastic customers coming back for more.
During a recent interior refurbishment, owners the Dammone family selected new furniture from the Andy Thornton contract furniture range. They selected the hugely popular School collection of restaurant and bar furniture from the company’s vintage-style range.
School dining chairs have been used throughout the restaurant and they complement perfectly the metal table bases and dark stained timber tops. The chairs feature robust steel frames in a simple design with vintage leather upholstered seat and back with attractive linear stitching detail.
In the popular bar area of Salvo’s Restaurant matching School bar stools from Andy Thornton have also been used, against the bar counter and around the tall poseur tables.
