Delivery charges

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the items you order and the delivery address postcode.

When will I get my order?

We deliver within office hours, Monday - Friday. 

Once you have placed your online order, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.

What if I'm out when you deliver?

We will either leave a card showing options for re-delivery, or we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Will I be required to help with unloading?

Our deliveries are usually made by just one person, so for larger items, particularly furniture, you will need to make sure there is someone available to help with unloading. If you are unable to provide help, please call us on 01422 376000 so we can make alternative arrangements.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01422 376000 quoting the order number located at the top of your order confirmation.

Can I return unwanted goods?

Do you deliver overseas?

We currently only deliver online orders to mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands). If you want an order to be delivered overseas, please contact our sales team on 01422 376000, as we do ship all over the world.
