Luxury Karma Spa at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel

Spas are fast becoming the must-have feature in every hotel and the luxury Grosvenor Pulford Hotel, close to historic Chester, is no exception. Designed by Douglas Wallace, the newly opened Karma Spa and Skin Clinic offers extensive and luxurious facilities with three relaxation rooms, six treatment rooms, VIP couples suite, boutique and spa eatery.

Andy Thornton manufactured and installed the extensive oak and laminate cabinetry within the spa and all the internal doors. They provided fitted vanity units and a manicure station unit in oak laminate, with Zodiac granite-effect top in charcoal grey. Thornton also supplied all the fixed seating in the waiting areas and an attractive oak staircase leading to the lower levels of the spa.

The client was so impressed with the quality of Andy Thornton’s work, the company have now been contracted to refurbish one of the hotel’s function rooms.
