Bandstand at Carr Bank Memorial Park, Mansfield
We are currently working on an £86k project to design, fabricate and install a bandstand at Carr Bank Memorial Park after being awarded the contract by Mansfield District Council.
The project is now in it's final stages with work on site nearing completion.
Originally we were contacted by the council, who wanted a large Edwardian-style bandstand, from their brief we drew up plans for the structure.
CAD drawings were then created to allow Mansfield District Council to see just what we would be manufacturing and installing.
3D visuals were also created to illustrate the bandstand and all its different elements - from its bespoke cast aluminium balustrades and spandrel brackets to its two-tier roof section incorporating a zinc finish roofing sheet in a curved profile over a steel skeletal framework and intricate frieze panels, crestings and a turned finial.
The new bandstand is scheduled to be finished in late February 2012.
