This cast aluminium baluster is designed for stair use and to accompany the baluster ATDCBA26 which is for horizontal locations such as landings. It does not have fixing plates. It relies on separate brackets for installation. Brackets ATDCBA34 ATDCBA36 ATDCBA92 and ATDCBA94 offer a range of heights and angles to cover most situations. To fit these brackets, the balusters ends may need cutting off. Also a greater range of heights can be achieved by filing or grinding some detail of the baluster shaft to allow the bracket to slide on further. The drawing below shows the ranges available.
