Rare walnut pulpit of the highest quality. Dating from around 1835, believed to originate from Italy, as indicated in the plaque on the base 'Dono di Luigi Regazzoni. Standing atop four barley twist legs this piece has hand carved detailing with fruitwood inlay throughout. The piece shows signs of previous treated woodworm, which we feel adds to the character and history of the piece.
