The Plough & Flail
Location: Mobberley, Cheshire
Client: Deckers Restaurant Group
Designer: Deckers Restaurant Group
The brief from the client’s in-house designer Sam Moss was to create a structure that would better utilise the venue’s existing outdoor space to encourage additional al fresco dining.
Working from her initial design, we developed an aesthetical, economical and highly practical solution to create this impressive canopy. We combined columns, frieze panels and brackets from our ‘Circle Colonnade’ system with glazed roof panels to create a structure that blends perfectly with the building and its surroundings. The result is a stunning piece of architecture in its own right and one that has created an additional 60 square metres of sheltered seating for year-round use.
