With the empty shell of a previous 1950's style American restaurant to work with, Andy Thornton were commissioned to manufacture and install the complete interior of the new restaurant, as well as the interior for the attached retail outlet.

The restaurant, which has a capacity of 300, features a large amount of specialist joinery for the ceiling, staircase, first-floor balustrade and decorative arches.
