The client’s brief was for a blend of modern and contemporary design to appeal to all visitors. A simple oak panelled bar, with art deco style back fitting polished to a natural finish, was combined with modern cubic light pendants. The art deco influence was repeated in the selection of furniture, with leather armchairs and seating in cool tones that blend perfectly with the surroundings. The rear of the venue features a cosy traditional inglenook fireplace with timber settles and Chesterfield sofas.
